We would love to work with you to custom create your unique menu. Once a menu has been agreed upon and head count confirmed specific pricing can be set. Estimated pricing is as follows:
- Pastry, Continental and full breakfast service range from $5.00 per head to $18.75 per head.
- Lunch prices start at $19.75 per head to $26.50 per head.
- Dinner menus range in price from $28.50 and up.
Charges for beverage services, linen rental and glassware rental, if applicable, will appear on the final invoice. A 20% gratuity will be added to the invoice total. A hardcopy of the invoice will be available the day of the event unless requested earlier. We welcome the opportunity to help make your event a success. And, if needed we are always available to assist with your menu selections.

BEVERAGE SERVICE OPTIONS
If no beverage service is required we are always happy to assist with the set-up of a self-service beverage station. Beverage icing tubs and beverage dispensers are available for your use if needed. Beverage option are as follows:
OPTION #1 – You provide beverages for us to serve. (both Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic):
Our standard proposal includes a TAM certified bartender to serve beverages that you provide for your guests. These can be alcoholic beverages or non-alcoholic beverages as long as they are provided to us to serve. In addition to the beverage attendant, bar set-up, stemmed glasses and ice are also included in the per head cost.
Option #2 – We purchase the beverages to serve to your guests. (Non-Alcoholic Only):
We offer a wide variety sodas, flavored teas, bottled water and in-house made lemonades and punches. This cost for this option is not included in the per head pricing. Prices for this service range from $1.00 – $3.00 depending on beverage selection. Included for this price is the beverage table set-up, stemmed glasses and ice.
Option #3 – Provide Cash Bar – (both Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic):
Provided by a separate company, we would align you with our bar partner who would provide cash bar services to serve beer and wine only. Hard alcohol is not available through our bar partner and can not be poured. There will be a per drink charge that will be paid directly to our bar partner and can either be paid by the guest individually or by the host if they are looking to cover the cost of the beverages for their guests. Cost for this service can be discussed directly with our bar partner. Bar set-up, TAM certified staff, ice and glasses would be provided by our bar partner and associated costs discussed directly with them.
OPTION #4 – Coffee/Hot Tea Service
Proudly serving steamDOT coffee and offering a variety of herbal and green teas which are set up as a self-service clothed beverage table so people are able to help themselves. Included with this service are air pots, white china cups, saucers, cream, sugar, Splenda and stir sticks. Decaf coffee and tea are also available. The cost for this service is $2.50 per head in addition to the per head food cost.
